Waves crashing on rocks along the Rhode Island seashore inspired artist Kari Taylor to create this dynamic abstract painting. Using the deep black of charcoal and allowing the acrylic paints to splash, layer and drip, she captures the movement and mystery of the sea. Our giclée print brilliantly recreates the color and energy of the original mixed-media painting. The slim frame is made of FSC pine with a satin charcoal finish. Kari Taylor marries simplicity of form with graceful movement, a style honed by her early training as a printmaker.
